I love lemon bars! The sweet and the tart together…so good. In this video, I show you how I make a keto lemon bar.

Designed to be more on the tart side, because as you adapt more to keto, you don’t have the sweet tooth you once had. But if these keto lemon bars are too tart for you, just back off on the lemon juice or add more sweetener. These low carb lemon bars are very easy to make. The filling is made in one bowl (no preheating required) and baked in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

The crust on these lemon bars has a little extra crunch from the coconut flakes. Don’t worry if you don’t like coconut. You hardly notice any coconut flavor from the flakes. It’s just there for crunch and texture. With Spring here and Summer approaching, definitely add this keto recipe to your keto dessert line up!
