These smoothie bowls are healthy, easy, thick, and creamy! Each smoothie bowl is made with vegan and dairy-free ingredients. You can find each recipe below.

My life has gotten busy more than never since all this began, it’s difficult to be at home and no eat whatever we want, but with these incredible recipes you can satisfy the anxiety of being isolated in a very delicious and healthy way.

SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPES

Pink Berry Smoothie Ingredients:
• 2 frozen bananas
• 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
• 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
• 1.5 tbsp lemon juice (less if desired)
• 1 tsp chia seeds • 1/4 cup water

Instructions:
1) Peel ripe bananas (should be yellow with some small brown specks) and store in the freezer within an airtight container or ziplock bag.
2) The next day, chop the frozen bananas. Combine frozen bananas + all other ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend/pulse until smooth.
3) Transfer to bowl(s) and add toppings of choice.

Peach Mango Smoothie Ingredients:
• 2 frozen bananas
• 1/2 cup frozen mango
• 1/3 cup frozen peaches
• 1/2 passion fruit
• 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp hemp seeds
• 1/4 cup coconut milk

Instructions:
1) Peel ripe bananas (should be yellow with some small brown specks) and store in the freezer within an airtight container or Ziploc bag.
2) The next day, chop the frozen bananas. Combine frozen bananas + all other ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend/pulse until smooth.
3) Transfer to bowl(s) and add toppings of choice.

Sweet Green Smoothie Ingredients:
• 2 frozen bananas
• 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
• 2-3 cups spinach
• 1 tsp hemp seeds
• 1-2 tsp lime juice
• 1/2 tsp greens powder
• 1/3 cup almond milk
