These recipes help you with you want to start to clean your body inside out.

Chia Seed Lemon Water (1 Servings)

Ingredients:
1Β½ tbsp chia seeds
Β½ cup hot water
Β½ cup room temperature water
juice of half of a lemon

Directions:
β„˜ Place chia seeds in a glass. Add water and mix well.
β„˜ Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and let stand for 1-2 minutes to allow the chia seeds form a gel like consistency.

Breakfast Green Smoothie (1 Servings)

Ingredients:
1ΒΌ cup water
2 frozen bananas
2 tangerines  
English cucumber
2 cups spinach

Directions:
β„˜ Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Homemade Miso Soup (1 Servings)

Ingredients:
2 tbsp brown rice miso
handful of shiitake and oyster mushrooms
1 baby bok choy

Directions:
β„˜ Cut mushrooms into small pieces
β„˜ Pour ΒΌ cup of water into a large pan and bring to a simmer over medium/high heat. Add the chopped mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.
β„˜ Chop bok choy and add to the pan. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes until all the water evaporates.
β„˜ Meanwhile, place 2 tbsp of miso in a small bowl and add a few splashes of water. Mix to create a thinner consistency.
β„˜ In a small saucepan, warm 2 cups of water over medium/low heat.
β„˜ When the water has reached the desired temperature, add the miso mixture and cook for about 2 minutes.
β„˜ When the mushrooms and bok choy are ready, transfer to a bowl and pour the miso soup on top.

Cabbage Hemp Salad (1Servings)

Ingredients: 
2 cups shredded red cabbage
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cilantro
ΒΌ tsp salt
pinch cayenne pepper

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Eggplant and Sweet Potato Stew (8 Servings)

Ingredients:
2 large eggplants
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 bunch of asparagus, diced
Β½ cup water
2 garlic cloves, minced
3-4 tomatoes, diced
2 large sweet potatoes, diced
dash of paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
β„˜ Peel and cut the eggplants into 1-inch cubes.
β„˜ Pour water into a large pot and bring to a simmer. Add eggplants and cook over med/high heat for about 10 minutes.
β„˜ Season eggplant with salt and pepper and cook covered for another 5 minutes.
β„˜ Add onion, garlic, pepper and asparagus and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
β„˜ Add tomatoes and the spices and continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
β„˜ Finally, add the sweet potatoes, lower the heat, cover and cook for about 1 hour until the sweet potatoes are soft.

Shirazi Salad (2 Servings)

Ingredients:
1 English cucumber
2 tomatoes
ΒΌ red onion
2 celery stalks
2 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp mint
2 tbsp cilantro
2 tsp lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
Β½ tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
β„˜ Dice cucumber, tomato, celery and red onion and place into a medium bowl.
β„˜ Chop the herbs and combine with garlic, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
β„˜ Add the herb mixture to the salad and mix well.
